Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeline

Domestic deliveries within India typically take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, or festive peak periods.
BombaatRuchi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping offers or promotional shipping discounts will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable, except in cases where an error is solely attributable to BombaatRuchi.

4. Delivery Address & Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.
BombaatRuchi.com will not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Order tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

5. Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated delivery failures, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Refunds, if applicable, will exclude shipping and handling fees.
