1. No-Return Policy for Food Products

  • All masalas, spices, and food items sold on BombaatRuchi.com are non-returnable once delivered.

  • This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

 

2. Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product received was defective, expired, or compromised

  • An incorrect item was delivered

 

Conditions:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographs of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Inner product

    • Shipping label
      must be shared for verification

  • The order number must be mentioned in all communications

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the issue was caused entirely by BombaatRuchi.com.

  • Refunds will be issued only after verification of the reported issue.

 

5. Replacements

  • Where applicable, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

 

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting customer support.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days, after deducting any applicable processing or payment gateway charges.

 

7. Policy Updates

BombaatRuchi reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
